Today’s Lesson: The Best Ways To Say Yes In French!
You can let someone know that you agree with him just by saying “yes”, if you wish.
Today you are going to learn several words to say this!
It will be short and very easy to learn (please, bare with me while I figure out how to add audio on this blog…)
You really need to learn these words since you are going to use them every single day… So let’s get started:
1) How to say YES in Fench?
The French word is: OUI (pronounce it like the wi of winter)
2) How to say “YES, of course!”?
In French: Oui, bien sur!.
3) How to say “It’s true”?
In French: C’est vrai
4) How to say: “You are right”?
In French: “Tu as raison”
5) How to say: “I totally agree”?
In French: “Je suis tout a fait d’accord”
6) Last, the short yet very used: “OK”
In French: Just say “D’accord” (In French Slang: D’acc). But don’t get me wrong, we say now: “OK”! It’s shorter, easier and sweeter!
Sometimes, you will hear French people say: “Ok, D’accord”!
Another popular word to use when agreeing, is “Ok”. This is “d’accord” in French.
Was this lesson helpful? If you like it, just leave your comment below, I ‘d like to hear from you!
By the way, if you want to say “Ok, then”, just say: “entendu”
Talk to you soon.
PS. I am now working on the audio…
